Lawn Mowing Service on a Schedule That Holds

Weekly or biweekly mowing with edging and cleanup included, every visit. Serving Portland, Salem, Eugene, and Corvallis.

Why Choose Our Lawn Mowing Service

A Schedule You Can Count On

Same crew, same day each week whenever possible. If weather forces a change, you hear from us first.

Cut at the Right Height

We mow cool-season grass at the height that keeps it thick, shading out weeds and holding moisture in summer.

Edging Included, Always

Every visit ends with edged borders and blown-off hard surfaces. No extra line items for basic finish work.

Sharp Blades, Clean Cuts

Dull blades tear grass and brown the tips. Ours are maintained constantly so the lawn heals fast after each cut.

Wet-Season Judgment

Crews know when an Oregon lawn can be mowed wet and when mowing would do more harm than waiting a day.

Easy to Pair With Other Work

Add fertilization, moss control, or a seasonal cleanup to your mowing schedule with one call.

Common Questions About Lawn Mowing

How often should I mow my lawn in Oregon?

Weekly during spring and fall, when cool-season grass grows fastest. In the dry summer months most lawns slow down enough that biweekly mowing is plenty. Letting grass get long between cuts and then cutting it short is harder on the lawn than mowing more often.

What height should grass be cut in the Pacific Northwest?

Around two and a half to three inches for the ryegrass and fescue lawns common here. Taller grass shades the soil, crowds out weeds, and handles summer drought better. Cutting much shorter than that opens the door to moss and bare spots.

Do you mow in the rain?

Often, yes. If we only mowed on dry days in Western Oregon, lawns would go weeks between cuts all winter and spring. We mow in light rain when the ground is firm enough, and reschedule when the lawn is soggy enough that mowing would rut or tear it.

Is weekly mowing or biweekly mowing better?

Weekly is better for the lawn during the growing season, because each cut removes less blade and the clippings break down instead of clumping. Biweekly works fine in summer when growth slows. Many customers switch between the two through the year, and we make that easy.

Do you bag clippings or leave them on the lawn?

When the grass is dry and we are removing a normal amount, clippings stay on the lawn, where they return nutrients to the soil. When growth is heavy or the grass is wet, we collect them so they do not mat down and smother the turf.

Can you handle an overgrown lawn before starting regular service?

Yes. We start with a catch-up cut, taken down in stages if the grass is very tall, and often pair it with a yard cleanup to clear leaves and debris. Once the lawn is back under control, regular weekly or biweekly mowing keeps it there.
